Business Development

Business Development focuses on working towards meeting company's goal and achieving sales target. The department is responsible to develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients through appropriate communication channels. BDs also contribute to identify and develop new market segments with the aim to expanse business globally. It is expected to perform on continuous sales leads generation, researching various sales channels to increase both retail and institutional clients.

Risk Management

Risk Management department is responsible for trading platform management to ensure round-the-clock accurate pricing, efficient execution and trade management. The department analyses exposure of over-the-counter products as part of the desk's active risk management process. As a part of research providing services, reporting on desk performance and providing daily reports on market overviews.

Relationship Management (Client Services)

Relationship Management department is responsible for reviewing and handling of Clients' account opening process. The various aspects of account opening include performing KYC and due diligence checks, maintaining of client database via our Back-office system, importing and exporting of Clients' documentation, providing excellent client support by responding to client enquiries and all Clients' related email correspondences, ensuring all documents are in place and compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Marketing

Marketing department focuses on formulating and implementing marketing strategies for all global offices. All marketing collateral and corporate materials are produced through marketing, ensuring Blackwell Global branding is applied correctly. Liaising with vendors, partners and competitors are required as a part of researching and implementing process of marketing strategies. It is essential to understand the importance of branding and marketing communications, as well as incorporating with other departments to deliver requirements.

Finance

Finance department is responsible for analysing and report on the financial position of the company. Provide excellent service to internal and external clients is also a part of main duties so as to achieve business objectives. The department takes duty on identifying financial implications to the business and advising management on appropriate decisions, and execute into actions.
